Every January, OVMA hosts Canada's premier veterinary conference and trade show. This renowned conference draws veterinarians, veterinary technicians and technologists, hospital personnel, veterinary students and the profession’s top service providers to take advantage of quality continuing education and access Canada’s largest veterinary trade show.
We welcome more than 100 vendors to exhibit in our conference trade show to showcase the latest veterinary products and services to attendees. The trade show is housed in the Exhibit Hall, which is accessible to attendees and pass-holders for the duration of the conference. The conference also features lunchtime exhibit hall prize draws, exhibit hall socials and exhibit hall cocktail receptions to draw more eyes on vendor displays.
Due to limited trade show space and a high demand to exhibit, exhibitors will be selected by a lottery draw.
If your company is interested in exhibiting at OVMA’s trade show, you’ll need to submit a completed exhibitor’s application and contract form (when available) by the specified deadline. Companies participating in OVMA’s Industry Partner Program are guaranteed exhibit space, and will be provided with advanced opportunity to pre-select space and sponsorship participation.
Once these spots have been allocated, we'll select other companies to exhibit in the trade show. Due to limited trade show space and high demand to exhibit, companies that have submitted a completed exhibitor’s application and contract form will be selected based on a lottery draw.
